By downloading, installing, or using BhaktiApp ("App"), you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use
the App.
1. About the App
BhaktiApp is a free spiritual companion application developed by
RKS Technologies. The App provides japa counting, mantra library, AI-powered
mantra recommendations, streak tracking, and personalized share cards to
support your daily spiritual practice.
2. Account and Registration
- You may use the App as a guest without creating an account.
- Optionally, you may sign in with Google to sync your data across devices.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating a profile.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
- Upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through custom mantras or profile information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
4. Intellectual Property
- The App's design, code, branding, and original content are the property of RKS Technologies.
- Traditional mantras and Sanskrit texts included in the App are part of the public domain spiritual heritage.
- Share cards generated by the App are for personal, non-commercial use.
5. AI Recommendations
- The AI mantra recommendation feature is provided for spiritual guidance purposes only.
- Recommendations are generated algorithmically and do not constitute religious, medical, or professional advice.
- AI recommendation usage is subject to daily limits, which may vary based on account type.
6. User Content
- You retain ownership of any custom mantras or content you create within the App.
- By using the sharing features, you grant us permission to display your content on the share card in the format you approve.
7. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Cloud sync, AI recommendations, and notification features require an internet connection.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RKS Technologies
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the App. The App is a spiritual tool and does not
replace professional religious guidance, counselling, or medical advice.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
- You may delete your account and all associated data from within the App.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this
page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
